Refund Policy

At Blackbeard Media Group, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our AI-generated services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refunds must be requested within 14 days of the delivery of the service.
  • Refunds are only available if the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or quality standards.
  • Partial refunds may be issued if the service is partially satisfactory but not entirely as described.
  • No refunds will be issued for services that have been approved and finalized by the client.

Delivery Policy

Blackbeard Media Group provides digital services, and delivery is handled electronically. Here is how we manage our delivery:

  • All services are delivered via email or through a shared cloud storage link.
  • Delivery timelines will be clearly communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • Standard delivery timelines for our services are between 3 to 7 business days, depending on the complexity and volume of the order.
  • In the event of any delays, clients will be notified promptly with a revised delivery timeline.

Return Policy

Since our products are digital services, returns are not applicable. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If the delivered service does not meet the agreed-upon criteria, clients can request revisions under the following conditions:

  • Requests for revisions must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Revisions will be made to meet the original specifications agreed upon at the time of order.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel a subscription or reservation. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • For project-based services, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations requested after 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total project cost.
  • No cancellations will be accepted once the service delivery process has commenced.
